Content freshness is how current a page is. Assistants that search the web retrieve live pages, so old prices or discontinued features on your site can end up in answers. A visible update date, regularly reviewed facts and removal of outdated pages keep what assistants repeat accurate.
What to do
List the facts that change (prices, plans, features, locations), review them on a schedule and update every page and profile that states them. Show a last-updated date on pages where it matters.
Example: a plan was renamed last year, but an old blog post still shows the old name and price, and an assistant repeats it.
