Why ask a question again?
AI answers vary between runs. We ask every question once a week. If your mention flips compared with the week before, we ask again right away and count both answers (within a weekly allowance), so one unusual answer moves your score less. The free check asks each question once.
Which languages and markets are supported?
Questions can be asked in English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Polish, for 16 European markets plus the US. Each assistant is told the country and language, so local providers can show up. Answers can still differ from what a person sees in the app.
Can Nodpick guarantee that ChatGPT recommends me?
No. Nobody can. Nodpick measures where you stand, shows which sources the assistants cite and gives you ranked recommendations. Whether an assistant names you depends on the information about your brand on the web.
Will there be a free check?
Yes. The free check is not open yet. At launch it asks 5 questions to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, once each, without sign-up, up to 3 per day. The score and the first 3 recommendations are free. Join the waitlist to hear the day it opens. Weekly tracking is planned from 39 € per month.
Which assistants are on each plan?
Every planned plan, from Starter to Agency, covers ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. Grok and Mistral (with web search) and DeepSeek and Kimi (without web search, from model knowledge) are planned in Agency, and as an add-on on Starter (+19 € a month) and Growth (+69 € a month). Plans will differ in brands and questions. The free check will cover ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.
