What is LLM seeding?
LLM seeding means publishing accurate information about your brand on the sources AI assistants tend to retrieve, such as comparison articles, review sites, forums and industry lists. The goal is that assistants find the same true facts in several independent places. It is slow, gives no guarantee and works only with honest content.
How does it work?
Assistants that search the web retrieve a few pages and write an answer from them. If your brand is described correctly on pages other than your own, it has more chances to be retrieved and named. Typical places are roundups, review platforms, expert communities and press.
Example: a project tool corrects its outdated price on two review sites and is added to an independent roundup; later, assistants repeat the same current price.
Limits
Paid or fake posts break platform rules and can backfire. Read the rules of each community, disclose your connection, and add real value. Measure the effect on a fixed question set instead of assuming it works.
Check it for your brand
Nodpick shows whether assistants name your brand after you publish, and which sources they cite, so you can tell what worked. Run the free AI visibility check to see your own numbers; the method shows how they are made, and pricing lists the plans.
