Sentiment in AI answers describes whether an assistant talks about your brand in a positive, neutral or negative way. A mention can come with praise, caveats or warnings. Reading the wording around your name shows how assistants characterise you, beyond simply whether you are named.
Why it matters
Being named with a caveat such as a price or a missing feature is different from being named as the best fit. Sentiment shows where your reputation or your published information may be steering the answer.
How to act on it
Check the sources behind negative or outdated statements and correct them where you can: your own pages, review profiles and directories. Keep facts consistent across the web.
